Our Twist is that you get the best of both worlds, phenomenal fresh-seasonal-local cuisine that we call Third Coast Fusion, to the design and artistic element brought to life with the displays-team-attire.  We specialize in artistic plating techniques, stylized food displays (buffet) and interactive creative Stations.  Our culinary team have mastered the art of Third Coast Fusion, by highlighting the bold flavors native to Texas.  When you think of Texas cuisine, you think - BBQ, Southern Comfort and Tex-Mex, now envision these flavors "with a Twist".  Our catering team has mastered elevating these traditional flavors by applying techniques like smoking, brining, marinating and braising.

Our Menu pricing starts out at $18 per person for our “Pure Essentials” menu, this does not include appetizers, however is an easy addition with our Twisted Party Platters or our “Pure Essentials” appetizer displays starting at $5.50.

Dagar’s Catering is a family-owned Austin staple that has served the Texas Hill Country area for over 65 years, backed by a reputation of dependability, quality food, and the utmost in customer service. Dagar's offers full-service catering, comprehensive bar packages, and a diverse menu sure to suit your needs—whether you have a taste for regional cuisine or more adventurous fare!  

Though our rates may vary depending on the needs of your event, our base menus start at $13.95 per person and service packages start at $13/per person before taxes and service fees.


El Chile Group

The El Chile Restaurant Group offers both full and limited service catering from all of our restaurant concepts. We have everything from a casual street taco buffets from El Chilito to a fully seated formal dinner menu from our coastal concept Alcomar. Our extensive hors d'oeuvres menu from El Alma is ideal for cocktail hour and passed appetizers and El Chile’s fresh squeezed lime and agave margaritas are perfect for events in the Texas heat.

The Peached Tortilla

The Peached Tortilla specializes in off-site catering and can offer plated meal, family style, buffet and food truck service.  Their menus featured unique but familiar flavor profiles from family style Korean braised short ribs, ginger salmon and bacon jam Brussels sprouts to street food tacos and sliders served from the award winning food trucks.  Peached Tortilla offers full bar packages, which include alcohol, craft cocktails and bartenders. They also offer the ability to carefully curate vegan and vegetarian catering menus.

PEJ Events

PEJ Events was launched in 2017 as the new face of Pok-e-Jo’s catering division, creating a full service solution for our clients with event needs beyond catering.  PEJ is good food as casual or as upscale as you’d like for it to be, but doesn’t put you out of house or home. PEJ tends to work around a client’s budget as best they can understanding that every couple’s vision for their wedding or event is different ,as well as how much they are hoping to spend.  Our full service catering minimum is $3000 with menus starting at $21.95/person.

Primizie Catering is a full service custom catering company. Our menus and events are curated to help our clients shine by taking their inspiration and infusing it with the food, service style and décor of the events we produce. We pride our selves on providing a stellar service and culinary team for each event. Menus range from Classic Americana to Old World Italian, from Pan Asian to Tex-Mex and start in the $25 range and go up form there for full service events. Delivery menu's begin in the $16 range depending on selections.

The Salt Lick

The Salt Lick has been serving the Hill Country and Austin area mouthwatering barbeque for generations.  Our unique flavor dates back to 1967 when Thurman Roberts and his sons built the legendary BBQ pit, which still stands in our Driftwood Restaurant today.  Since then, we have catered to events both large and small, all over the country. While we love serving our regulars at the restaurant, there is something special about bringing our world-renowned BBQ to a private event.  Indulge your guests in our nontraditional BBQ sauce and treat them to some of the best barbeque Texas has to offer.

Two meat, three side buffets start at $22.95/person with plentiful hors d’ oeuvres , dessert, vegetarian and staffing options available.

Walton’s Fancy & Staple

Walton’s provides a wide variety of meat, seafood and vegetarian options! Passed appetizers, family style dinners and buffet catering are all offered. Walton’s has what we would call a modern touch of fine southern cooking. Customizable menus are also welcomed. We also have an amazing pastry staff who create beautiful wedding cakes and desserts as well as an in-house florist. Cake, flowers, catering food and staff are all located within the same walls!

In addition to our catering service packages and menu management services, dna events also offers full bar set-up packages, floral services, and assistance in securing other third-party event services.  Our service packages start at $13 per person before taking into account your food provider, menu choices, taxes and service fees.
