PLEASE NOTE

For events Monday–Thursdays, rates start at $1,000 for 10 hours. Please inquire for a quote. We do offer non-profit
discounts and reduced pricing for shorter events. Rates are subject to change for various holidays and special event dates. 

In order to reserve a date we require a signed contract and deposit of 50% of the rental rate. The final balance is due
ninety (90) days prior to the event date along with a $300 refundable damage/security deposit and $15 recycling fee.

OPTIONAL ADD-ON PACKAGES

Table/Chair Rental Package:
- For an additional cost of $300, Mercury Hall provides table and chairs that compliment the space.
- The package includes 300 white folding chairs, 14 – 60” round tables, 4 – 6ft rectangular banquet tables, 4 – 8’ rectangular banquet tables and 6 cocktail tables.
- Of course, clients are not required to use our tables/chairs; you may choose a different style from a third party rental company.
- Typically, clients’ full service catering company wait-staff does all table/chair set up and break down, but you may have volunteers, family or friends help as well.

Festoon Lighting Package:
- This package runs $600 and includes four strands of dimmable festoon/café lights over the Rock Garden Courtyard, running north to south.
- It includes the 8 – 13’ tall steel poles, 4 – 65’ strands of lights and set up and break down labor.
- There are no other fees or taxes for this package.
- We allow for reduced pricing on the labor portion, when clients share the lighting with consecutive dates.
